CROSSFIT GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE

Our current schedule offers “open gym” style sessions 7 days per week which includes workouts that adhere to social distancing guidelines, and include wearing masks at all times while inside the building and cleaning and sanitizing equipment between sessions. As of right now, we are unsure when Metro Detroit area gyms will be allowed to revert back to “group fitness” style classes, but we continue to expand our schedule to accommodate our members.
