Strength:

deloading shoulder press at 70/60 and 50%.

WOD:

9 slam ball over the shoulder tosses

12 walking lunges

10 rounds for time

Reminder: no class tomorrow- Jason, Sarah, Cara and Frank are competing at Crossfit Maven in the Barbell Classic from 9:00am until about 4:30pm.
