WOD 1:

50 candlesticks

10 hrpu at the top of each minute

WOD2:

60 barbell muscle cleans (45/35)

10 ball sprawls at the top of each minute

WOD 3:

70 wall ball press

10 seated ball toss at the top of each minute

 

New Cycle for the following 4 weeks:

Monday: back squats

Wednesday: deadlift

Friday: power clean

Sunday: bench press
