Shoulder Press 3-3-3

Push Press 3-3-3

Push Jerk 3-3-3

WOD:

1 candlestick jump

8 wall shoulder taps or 20 plank shoulder taps

2 candlestick jumps

8 wall shoulder taps/30 plank shoulder taps

3 candlestick jumps…

repeat pattern until 10 candlestick jumps and 8/20 shoulder taps are completed, immediately follow with 400m burden run (20/15)
