WOD:

EMOTM for 20:00, alternating minutes of

1 bear complex* + 10 shoulder taps

5m shuffle, increase by 1 every minute

example:

0:00-1:00- 1 bear complex, 10 shoulder taps

1:00-2:00- 1 shuffle

2:00-3:00- 1 bear complex, 10 ST

3:00-4:00- 2 shuffles…..

*bear complex= 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 push press to back rack, 1 back squat, 1 back rack press
