7 rounds, increasing weight each set*

*1 set = 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 overhead press to back rack, 1 back squat, 1 rack press to return, x 7.

Everyone begins each set simultaneously. After each completed set, each athlete dances until last athlete has completed the full set of 7.
