**Challenge Updates**

Bubblegum Posse had a few members stay after class to row their 5k!

Team FNB had a team member finish the row portion and knock almost 1/2 of his weighted lunges out.

Six Stacked already has a combined 4 miles in, plus 63 toes to bar.

Nice work, teams!! Also, cheat day is the day you choose and must be consecutive for the next 8 weeks. Our Cheat Day definition is: one cheat meal within the day- breakfast, lunch or dinner, or 1 dessert. You are also allowed to consume alcohol and dark chocolate on this day. Plan wisely! You don’t want to sabotage all you’ve worked to achieve during the week.
