20 backwards lunges

10 pull-ups

Schedule reminders:

Thursdays are 5:30pm from now on. This week is yoga following at 6:30pm. Yoga will be most Thursdays at 6:30pm.

this Friday is Kids Class at 6:30pm following 5:30pm crossfit. This class is 30 minutes.

This Saturday is the first 8:30am Crossfit class. Saturday class will remain 8:30am from now on.
