*A few things for June (I will repeat this message several times)

-Please get a notebook if you dont have one and begin recording your lifts and benchmark WODs.

-Lifts this month will alternate between shoulder press/squat clean and deadlift/power snatch.

-Look for more lifting within the metcons and alternating weights.
